Chad Bennett / Zenho

Retreat facilitator and program teacher

Zenho Chad Bennett has been practicing in the Theravada, Mahayana and Vajrayana schools of Buddhism since 2003 and spent extensive time in monasteries in Thailand and India. He ordained as a Zen priest in 2018 and has taught the dharma as an assistant teacher on retreats in India, Europe and USA.  He was the Denver, USA Integral Zen sangha leader from 2017-2019.  He has studied the Diamond Approach since 2018.


Professionally, Chad was a Naropa University trained psychotherapist for 13 years in private practice before venturing into his spiritual integration model which draws on somatic modalities with advanced parts-work and inquiry.  He currently works with students who have capacities and interest in the intersections of Waking Up, Growing Up and Cleaning Up.


In 2007, Chad co-created 10-day Inward Journey/Outward Bound wilderness meditation courses and facilitated them in Colorado, Utah and California, USA.  He is an adventurer inside and out, a tireless lover of the mountains and has climbed all 57 of Colorado’s 14,000 ft summits.
