Integral Zen Retreats

Wild Ivy offers space for two types of 7-day retreats: Silent Zen retreats as well as Integral Zen retreats. The latter combine themed practice and study, grounded in buddhism and integral theory, tailored to support personal and spiritual development.

Integral Winter Training

Immersive 2-month meditation training for advanced students of Buddhism and Integral Theory. The collective rhythm and focused thematic sessions shared in the spirit of co-leadership are ideal background for deliberate self-transformation.
