Body is central to rest and renewal. How we care for our physical wellbeing influences our energy, vitality, attention and capacity to engage fully with life. Wild Ivy House supports access to simple embodied practices such as traditional dry sauna, cold plunge pool, yoga classes, movement, rest and time in nature. Together, they help create the conditions for a grounded practice rhythm and support deep rest and regeneration.
Sauna: Heat & Cold
Private sauna sessions designed for rest, warmth and gentle restoration. The experience combines dry sauna, cold water immersion and outdoor patio rest within the quiet atmosphere of Wild Ivy House sauna area and open-air garden lounge. Sessions are suitable for solo guests, friends or small groups of up to 3 persons.

The private lush garden patio transforms the sauna into a magical experience, with different ways to cool down, rest and unwind between heat cycles.

Open-Air Swimming Pool
A public open-air swimming pool is located just 10 minutes away by bicycle. Surrounded by lawns and pine trees, it offers lifeguard supervision during the season and a small café with shaded seating. Visitors can also visit the unique spring-water pools of Orce, a distinctive natural bathing experience in the region.
The local community gym is a 3-minute walk from Wild Ivy and is staffed daily from 16:00–22:00. Visitor access costs at approx. €2 per session, while long-term residents may be eligible for free use. The facility has recently been upgraded with new equipment, and staff are available to explain how to use it.

Yoga, Massage, Wellbeing
A local yoga teacher offers classes twice weekly at the local yoga centre and, seasonally or by arrangement, at Wild Ivy House, the local convent, and outdoor locations. Guests may also be referred to trusted local massage therapists and physiotherapists for individual treatments and support.
